Sieve Analysis: Should your local regulating authority determine that your native soil contains greater than 30% gravel or rock content, a sieve analysis can be conducted to determine the correct percentage. A minimum of $200 will be charged for the sieve analysis. This fee will cover the cost of your first two profile holes. Each additional profile hole will cost $100 each.

Standard Disposal System: conventional gravity flow septic systems and pumped effluent septic systems that are not required to be engineer designed.

Non-Conventional / Professionally Designed System: conventional gravity flow septic systems that require an engineer design, soil substitution drainfields, low-pressure dose drainfields, and aerobic treatment units.

The above-mentioned prices are for properties located on 2 acres or less. For properties greater than 2 acres, a survey or plat must be provided showing the location of the proposed house. Additional surveying fees will be charged for properties greater than 2 acres where the proposed house cannot be located on a survey or plat. Lots that have extreme slopes may also require additional fees.
